Price: $100 (Australian Dollar)
Who this (Plan 1) consultation is ideal for:
A single, clear sleep concern: Perfect if you’re dealing with one standout issue - like tricky bedtimes, stubborn early mornings, or naps that just aren’t happening.
Occasional night disruptions: If your little one wakes during the night but it’s not constant or overwhelming, this session can give you the clarity you need.
Families comfortable making changes on their own: Great for parents who simply want guidance, a plan, and the confidence to put things into practice without ongoing check-ins and support.
A confidence boost before shifting routines: If you’re preparing to make adjustments and just need reassurance or a sense of direction, this is a good fit.
When this consult isn’t the best option:
If you’re juggling several complex challenges at once - like night weaning and transitioning out of bedsharing, or if your child is wakes up multiple times at night. You’ll benefit far more from a plan that includes follow-up support. Those situations need a more detailed and layered approach.

(Two-week support)
